Issued! The interview was on December 2nd, on the 5th SEAC status changed to Administrative Processing and today, on the 7th it says Issued. Now it's carved in stone finally and I am out of any doubt

I did do a lot of front loading. I even sent them a 25 page child art style book I made (which I let the kids color) that explained our whole story with pictures instead of words.

Receive police certificate on July 29 2015 interview date Jan 13 am i going to need a new police certificate.

no ur good...long as nvc received it before it expired...just make sure your spouse has the original.

Good morning everyone, we are having a tough time understanding the expedite process, can any one please share their experience of time frames and the process from when the case arrives at the embassy, our case was completed beore it left NVC, and it is now showing ready on the site, but the embassy is telling us they cant schedule an interview and that it can take 1-3 months! :clock: that doesnt seem like much of an expedite, please anyone, your experience would be appreciated. congrats to all with interviews!

Am I the only one who cried with joy? right after I hung up the phone with NVC I just couldn't sop crying. called my mother and we cried on the phone for about 5mins! God only knows how much my mother and I have wanted to be reunited.

Good luck to all of you guys waiting still for an interview date.

yay! we have the same interview date. do u have ur appointment letter yet for the slec? thanks!

No we don't although I think we should receive it today, I think people were saying the interview letter comes pretty fast. My wife called St. Lukes and was told as long as she has the case number she is fine to do the medical.

Our experience was that they called within 5 days after it was at the Embassy to schedule an interview.

That seems odd what the Embassy is saying. Since you have made contact they are aware you are waiting on an interview date.

I don't think much can be done, they will schedule when they are ready. They are probably trying to select an available slot.

thank you for your response, that is what i thought, it seemed strange, but you are probably right, the status was updated on monday barely, hopefully we get an interview quick! its all in gods hands

Hello everyone,

congratulations to those getting interview date. 12 days to go for my interview.

I had a question regarding intended usa address once I reach there. my hubby lives in Texas as he works there and his permanent address is of Indiana where his parents live. as his address kept changing in Texas we mentioned his Indiana address so that we do not lose our paper work. now in Paper work and even for medicals the address you intend to live in USA I have mentioned Indiana.I hope that doesn't create any probs at interview.( his pay stubs have Texas address) so when at interview if I mention that I am going Indiana and my hubby is coming there for Xmas vacation and then I move along with him to Texas.does it sound right? This is honestly my situation.
