Issued! The interview was on December 2nd, on the 5th SEAC status changed to Administrative Processing and today, on the 7th it says Issued. Now it's carved in stone finally and I am out of any doubt

I did do a lot of front loading. I even sent them a 25 page child art style book I made (which I let the kids color) that explained our whole story with pictures instead of words.

My expedite request has been granted i am so embassy. My completed case was sent to the cairo embassy on november 25th

Did you also get a late Jan date. It's still pretty far maybe because of the holidays or a number of people before me

Lagos during December and January is very short of staff because of the holidays. And they are not fully staffed until mid month usually about the 15th.

This is the slow season also nothing like the summer.

Just called, our interview date is Jan 12, 8:30AM HCM. CC date is Nov. 6. I would give NVC a call asap :D

Got my cc one week ago, called earlier today and found out the interview was scheduled for January 12 in the early morning. I was really hoping for a December date, but I guess this will work. My wife is doing her medical tomorrow. It will be nice to get this over with.

I thought that since you got case complete at the NVC means everything is ok!

Is the income doesn't meet with the required limit?

NVC is only a document accepting facility. They do not accept anything. CO has the final authority. Everyone needs to make sure that current and previous year income meets the guideline.

Also some CO's don't like people using SSDI so its embassy and CO specific. I have seen a trend and embassies the world over are getting stricter with the guidelines.

Can you tell me how's pakistan embassy in reviewing expedite requests? My cc 27th oct and husband requested 2 weeks ago for expedite on the bases of earthquakes occured last month .

Its about the devastation and is Pakistan safe. Just having earthquakes which happens also other places in the world isn't a viable reason. But then they may approved.

Interview date: Jan 5, 9:45 am.
