Visa in hand after Kingston Interview - Realistically how long?

Hi guys...I have to put in for vacation time at work and wanted to get it as close to interview time as poss (without getting interview date ikr). Im thinking my daughter interview will be in Feb...

...But was wondering in your experience...after inyerview whats the avg time to get visa back from dhl..ive been hearing 2 wks but dont know if that the norm or it usually come sooner..thanks in advance..

My husband and stepdaughter did the interview on 11/24/15. My stepdaughter visa was ready on 12/02/2015, but my husband's is still pending AP review. It depends
