He almost certainly will get it, but the US embassy giving it back may lead to delays in the visa issuance.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

How much more can they delay it it feels like they haven't even looked at it . My husbands medical expires in February and still no answer . Our interview was in August . My husband needs it for work purpose I hope they don't take there time to give it back to us also .

I love how they can do whatever they want to whomever they want and we have to allow it because it's our better half we are fighting for. Haven't you gotten your congress person involved at this point?

I would be pestering them, calling all number on the websites and sending emails for case status checks every other day or at least twice a week.

1st K-1 Denied

Subitted Feb 2-6-15

NOA1 - 2-18-15

NOA2 - 8-18-15

Interview 11-25-15 - Denied

And Here we go again -

New K1 submitted - 1-9-16

NOA1 - 1-12-16 (according to USCIS)

Text received 1-15-16

hardcopy - not received yet as of 1-26-16

Ok update now the embassy called my husband so he could bring his passport back to the embassy 2 times they called could that mean they are going to give him the visa it may seem like a dumb question its just been so long and now it's like could this be happening ? And the person who called from the embassy wasn't specific that they need it to issue the visa but what else would they need it right would love some cmnents would do you guys think?

Yes he went and nothing they told them not to expect nothing till febuary . I also got my congresswoman involved but he sat for two hours for them to tell him that nothing would be done till February I feel like a pice of junk no a U.S. Citizen
