Can someone tell me were you get a medical form from

You don't need the form they have it at Andrews unless u want to see it for your own purpose

Also did you confirm your appointment. With kingston embassy by booking it at. https://ais.usvisa-info.com

You will need register your appointment at that website for the Kingston embassy

Yes i did, but my interview is at 730am but when i open account it would not let me put 730 the earliest time they had was 900am

mine is 8 am and the same thing , i could not book 8 am i had to choose 9 am

I think they NVC only give out dates on the first or last week of the month
