November 8, 2013... I just got cc last Oct 27 due to NVC's delayed DS260 review which took them 4months despite that we DONT have a checklist.

We submitted our documents on September, then on October, I have received an email with a checklist that I need to fill up the DS 260, I've finished with that thing, so they said ignore the email they will review the DS 260 for 1 month. My husband called the NVC earlier, they said it not yet finish reviewing by the sulervisor, wait for 45 days.

Yep! we've been calling regularly. Asking what seems to be the reason of the delay and nothing is really helpful. We even request a review by the supervisor and they give us 42days to wait. Then on the 42nd day we called again yet still nothing happened. We've been clarifying if are there documents or forms that we need to fix but they kept telling us, everything is correct and documents are good. So we dont have checklist, we've been calling regulary, updating and the only answer we get is WAIT. Until Oct. 27 when my husband called then NVC told us were Case complete. Now we're waiting for the il. Its been a long delay but its okay, God has a reason to why that things happened.
