Travel Clearance of my Daughter 7 yrs old

Hi Guys,

My husband is american citizen, i have daughter in my first relationship.I just want to ask if do i need a Travel Clearance for my daughter to travel with me. She is 7 yrs old and we don't have any communication of her father and i believe he already married. Our Immigration paper is already approved by USCIS and we still waiting for another step. I just want to make it sure if i need travel clearance.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

As the mother of your child you have legal custody and therefore you do not need his permission nor will you need any additional documents from DSWD. You are good to go. Safe travels.

Check Cashed Dec 21, 2015 Check was cashed

NOA-1 Issued Dec 21, 2015 NOA-1 for ROC issued

Do not forget to get her CFO sticker too. No need for travel clearance. Just flew back with my 8 y/o daughter. It went fine for us. Safe travels and goodluck!

Are you going to denver? It is freezing here. My daughter got sick already after being here in Colorado for a week. Gotta take her to the dr and pay out of pocket because she is not in our insurance yet. ?
