Visa Denied!! Plzz Help!

Hi guys!! My husband was told to go to the Embassy after so long and they denied him!!! My husband has not sent me the paperwork yet but what do I do??

I am so stressed out! I think he was denied under 6c1, that's what he told me. Do I have to reapply all over again?? What can I do plzz help me.

6C1 is usually misrepresentation. They believe he lied about a material fact, or used fraudulent documents to support his application.

What did they concentrate on at the interview?

Was there anything about your husband's documents that was a little "odd", such as a late birth registration, or he got divorced before and maybe paid someone to make it quick?

He misrepresented himself and if you file again you must submit a waiver packet. Contact an attorney.

The interview was back in August of last year, I don't remember but they just asked questions about me and how we met. Also, I had to submit a different joint sponsor than the one I originally had. The only thing I can think of is the sponsor, or my husband....he did issue his birth certificate close to our marriage date. Only because he did not need it before then and we needed it to get married and the issue date is like 2 days before we got married. Cold that be it? He has never been married before me so no divorce papers or anything.

The paper given to him only has a check mark next to 6C1, no other information a to what I can submit or what they doubted.

No, this happened yesterday. This was not an interview, my husband was just told to report to the Embassy with his passport.

Why would they tell him bring his PP to issue a denial...unless it was for ID purpose

that's a denial, but there is another statement on that paper not just 6 c1 with no

instructions to him, ...I have heard of ppl being ask to report to embassy and was

denied, they got oral short explanation & reason stated on paper received..Time

for an atty.

That's what I am thinking! They just played with his mind by telling him to take his passport Buddy, there is no statement on the paper believe me, how do I upload an image to share?

Yes I know, we talked briefly, but honestly he said they did not say much to him or give him a chance to say anything.

I have emailed the embassy for more information, lets see what they say. Other than that, the document says nothing and he was told nothing either so I simply do not know.
