On August 10, 2015, we received your Form I-601, Application for Waiver of Grounds of Inadmissibility, Receipt Number LIN***********, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by September 9, 2015, please call Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283.

DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE FOR ME TO GET AN APPROVAL OR DENIAL?

From the date it was received. Just an approximate though. You can go the the waiver forum and read the 601 waiver updates thread.

For the Nebraska Service Center it shows May 21. I know around the time we filed in August it was showing 4 months but right after that they got back logged so it increased to 6 months.

In the waiver updates thread some June filers have reported approvals. I'm not expecting to hear anything until after the new year. If it comes sooner then awesome!
