Well, it says 30-90 days. That would be great, but in our case after we got the letter that said they received the application, it took 5 months for it to be approved. After it had been 90 days we phoned USCIS and they put in a "referral" on it and told us to wait 30 more days. I don't want to scare you, chances are you'll be fine, but in case yours takes forever like ours did, let me just advise you not to bother with their "referral." After 90 days make an Infopass meeting or contact your congressperson!

But like I said, I just say that for future reference, if needed. Hopefully you won't have need for it. :)

EAD processing should not take more than 90 days, otherwise you can get an interim EAD instead. However, there are others who got their EAD processing longer than that.

I got my receipt notice for my EAD, more than 2 weeks. So, just sit tight for the long wait (",)

Goodluck.

EAD's take 30 - 90 days or you can get a temp for 240 days at local immigration office. In the three years I have been waiting since I applied for AOS, I have applied for and been approved of three EAD's all within the quoted timeframe. Just be sure to reapply for EAD renewal at least 4-5 months before your current EAD expires.

Hi.

Your EAD should be approved within 90 days. However, if 90 days has passed and you still haven't got your EAD, you can apply for an interim EAD instead.

Here's a link, I hope it can be of help.
