Iam completing my physical presence for citizenshp

If u go canada for 4 to 5 days, will it break my continuous residency?

I just came from my homeland, its been a just a month and i have to go canada now. My homeland trip was of one month.

So will it be a issue if i leave country again? As its been just a month of my last trip

As long as you are maintaining your residence in US (maintaining US address, getting mails in US, maintaining US bank accounts and paying taxes in US), those sort of trips will not break the continuous residency. However, any foreign trips of 24 hours or more will be counted toward the number of days not present in the US. As long as you maintain the minimum required months of physical presence in US, you should be fine.

2015-10-05: NVC assigned Case number, Invoice ID & Beneficiary ID

2016-06-30: DS-261 completed, AOS Fee Paid, WL received

2016-07-05: Received IV invoice, IV Fee Paid

2016-07-06: DS-260 Submitted

2016-07-07: AOS and IV Package mailed

2016-07-08: NVC Scan

2016-08-08: Case Complete

2017-06-30: Interview, approved

2017-07-04: Visa in hand

2017-08-01: Entry to US
