I need help! People, do I need to fill DS160 first and then pay for making appointment, or I can do it after and then call and make it?

I did follow Greenbaum's advised, the answer to that question should be N/A and tick "I do not intend" as its not applicable for K1 Visa but Greenbaum says if we are not comfortable we can tick the "I intend" then note "K1 visa process for permanent residence"

That's great thank you so much for the advice. :-)

I filled out the ds160, then paid the next day and after the payment was received, I was allowed to make the appointments

Do we BOTH do separate 160's or does just the beneficiary?

Think about the DS160 like this. It is the actual visa application. The USC does not need a visa. So, visas being applied for are for the foreign fiancee and any children, so if there is a fiancee with two children coming, there will be 3 DS160's completed. Now, the visa type, K1 for fiance and K2 for children of the fiancee must have an approved "petition" by a USC backing them, that is the Form I129F.

Hi guys I need help I am new in the process I129f :) does anyone know after we get the NOA2 how much time do we have do go to the our Country Embassy to do our interview?

I am an Au pair and my Exchange ll be done by August 2016, so I still have 5 months in the US and we already started filling out I129f. What should I do, wait or mail them the I 129f?

So the answer to my question is, since it's just her, she's the only one that will have to do the DS160
