Read the "Fiance Visa Information Packet" area and download those.

http://ukraine.usembassy.gov/visa-forms.html

Also, the note at the right says -

If your immigrant, diversity, or fiancée visa appointment is scheduled at the U.S. Embassy in Kyiv, Ukraine you must visithttp://www.ustraveldocs.com/ or call the Visa Information and Appointment Service at 38 044 383 8066 to register for the passport delivery. The U.S. Embassy WILL NOT be able to process your visa application until you make a selection of a TMM-Express destination where the visa can be delivered. Please make sure that you register BEFORE you come for your scheduled visa interview.

Thank you Greenbaum!

Sounds to me like the forgot to take their (sticky) notes off the letter before it was mailed. I think those are flags and will be addressed at the interview or during the CO's review. If you were honest with all your information that was submitted with your 129f package, you have nothing to worry about. Just be positive, look the CO in the eyes when answering and be truthful with your answers you should be fine.

I am waiting my package to arrive at embassy, but I don't have clear information about P3 documents, is there some things to be mailed back to embassy after receiving p3? Or is this a list of douments which are expected for interview.

Thanks for the help in advance.

Oh!! Thank you so so much! I'm a bit confused because someone are writing that you can call etc once you have status "administrative" but not "ready"... is it correct?? Because I have ready and I think maybe I'm wrong hoho)

So I got the NOA2 on Feb 2.

I called the NVC yesterday and was told our case was not in the system, and was told to expect it by April 1.

I'm getting anxious...our expedition date is June 1st...

Call again once or twice a week before April 1st! Good luck to you!

Hello, a question. My girlfriend already had an H1B visa under administrative processing while we applied for our K1 fiance visa. The H1B still visa is processing at the US embassy in China. Is the fact that there is already one visa being processed reason to cause any delays or rejection for the K1's second NOA?

Oh!! So,only one DS 160 !! That's great!

Don't you know how long it takes to wait until fiance receiving email from embassy? Is it ok that our status is "ready"? Some personal are writing that it must be "administrative process" ? But i guess it is after approving not before interview right??

Yes only the DS-160 :)

The administrative process isn't until after the interview :)
