Hi all,

I have couple question regarding proof of on going relationship, such as chat logs phone call record....

as for chat log we use skype, which format should we printed it out and it's acceptable by the officer that doing the interview?

1. screenshot the skype screen and print out ? (that alot of screenshot and printout)

2. print out as text which include date and time stamp? (this will save alot of paper about 1/5 comparing to screenshot)

and on facebook can i just capture the messenger windows only, or full browser windows ?

Anyone that been through are going to prepare for it please let me know

thanks

Just keep it simple. You do not need to send 100's of pages of chat logs. 20 pages over the course of the year is just find. Remember that pictures are also a good way to show your relationship as well as other items. Here are some other ideas for proof.

EVIDENCE OF A GENUINE ENGAGEMENT. You must prove to the consular officer that you have a genuine relationship with your petitioner and a clear intention to marry within 90 days of admission into the United States. In the past, successful applicants have submitted photographs, letters, e-mails, phone records, bank records, and remittance records as evidence supporting their relationships and intent to marry.

Keep in mind that you are in front of the CO for maybe 5-10 minuets depending on your CO. They don't have a lot of time going through zillions of documents. Do what do will do.

Hi guys,

If anyone can add comments to my concern, it would be greatly appreciated.

We received an email from Sydney consulate today regarding out interview date. They attached checklist and pkg 4 and approved 1-129 application.

On the 129f application, the scaned copy has stikies on them. Section where I listed my EX spouse information about previous CR1 approved then latter divorced. This sticky just has nothing written on it. And same page has information about my fiance. And that portion has a sticky hand written that his F1 srudent visa was denied in 2011.

Should I be concerned? Has anyone else experienced this? Are these stickies added by USCIS/NVC or the consulate. Please help. I know these both could be consider red flags, but I'm positive that we'll be fine as we have bonafide relationship with tons of evidence to prove.

Any input?

Hi Team December Filers,

My fiancé has a question.

After NOA2 approval, who should the letter of intent to still marry be addressed to? Is it still USCIS as for the I129F petition or should my fiancé address the letter to the US Consulate here in London?

Thanks :-)

Sounds to me like the forgot to take their (sticky) notes off the letter before it was mailed. I think those are flags and will be addressed at the interview or during the CO's review. If you were honest with all your information that was submitted with your 129f package, you have nothing to worry about. Just be positive, look the CO in the eyes when answering and be truthful with your answers you should be fine.

Good luck to everyone stil waiting, keep us posted

Well, I'm over in Thailand d was hoping to be able to send the P3 packet in but looks like it'll have to wait. I did get the police report done and no chance of 1500 baht payoff to get it in 5 days. They said no way so it'll get here April 1st. Travelled to the other side of the country to get her birth cert and got that translated. And the single certificate translated. So, we were able to get something done anyway. The P3 is pretty much ready to go once the NOA2 arrives.

While Tuesday night laying awake from jetlag, I was bored and used the app to go through all that had my same received date of 12/22. I found there are;

29 RFE's sent out

23 still in the received status

3 with the status that USCIS received the requested RFE info

31 approved

3 in what I called the 'other' status. Such as "failure to fill out the form correctly' or 'used wrong form'.

I'll run it again Saturday for comparison just to see if the number changed much.

6/10/2016 Received visa package in mail

Didn't work out....relationship is over

Last week I received the official letter from NVC with case number and other info. However, they spelled out my middle name and it is wrong. Should I worried that they have wrong middle name at the embassy?

I Got My NOA2 notification!!!! I'm so excited and happy so glad it was a simple RFE and nothing major. Now what happens? What's the next wait? And does anyone know a time frame?

Same here. I had just missed a check box. Looks like they got my reply a day after yours.

Crossing my fingers that I hear today too!!
