He will need to send you the I-134, and a copy of his Tax Transcripts. That should be all he needs to send you. You can have him provide chat logs and phone records as proof of continued relationship. For more information please refer to this link.

Thank you very much!!

Some people recommending a W2 and 1040 tax form + letter from work on original paper with logo of company and statement account. What do you think, is everything from this is nessesary? Maybe other people can give a good advice from own experience

Call again the next day for your case number. If not in the system yet, call the next day and then the next day till they release the case number to you.

If you haven't done so, please see my website for processing through USEM Philippines. I list all the step by step instructions, forms, maps and detail of the processing steps. IT's FREE.

The link is below at the red twisting arrow.

Good luck.

Check with your Embassy for their requirement. But, most Embassy's require you to submit your petitioner’s most recent U.S. Federal income tax return (Form 1040) and wage statements (Form W-2). Employment letters stating salaries and bank statements may be included to substantiate the I-134.

Your letter, if it is the same as what Chris provided in his post, requires the following:

EVIDENCE OF SUPPORT: Any evidence from your American spouse/fiancé(e) which will show the consular officer that you and members of your family who will accompany you will not become public charges while in the United States. Documentation regarding financial support can be in any form – preferably one year of tax returns, W-2s, bank statements, earning statements, letters from employers. PRESENTING ONLY THE AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT I-134 FORM IS NOT SUFFICIENT. The I-864 form is not required for a fiancé(e) visa.

Do not fail to provide these items as you will either get an RFE to produce these documents or a visa denial.

OK!!

For example, http://ukraine.usembassy.gov/ said that:

Documentation regarding financial support from the petitioner must be presented. It can be in any form so long as it contains enough detail and information for the Consular Officer to conclude that the beneficiary will not become a public charge, i.e. tax returns, bank statements, wage statements, etc. Petitioners may submit a notarized Affidavit of Support form I-134 if they wish.

I called my fiance and he said that he didn't receive tax return (1040) this year. What to do in this occasion??
I found a page where you can download this form, can he feel it my his own?
and as I can see no letter from work with amount of salary

Last year's tax return should be recent enough, since at this time of year, the new tax return is not assumed complete. However, Form W-2's are required to be mailed to employees by January 31. Also, transcripts can be ordered from the IRS and they are delivered in about a week. So, if he can't find prior year returns, he can order these printouts from the government. Prior year tax transcripts should suffice, since not everyone has wage income, although if he does, then he also will have 2015 W2 by now.

Does it make me look bad or lessen my chances of approval for the visa if I don't get to go to the interview with my fiance? I really don't think work will let me off to go... I was thinking about typing up a paper explaining that it's the week of spring break, a lot of people already took off, and my company can't let me off work ( and have them sign and stamp the paper ) ..... Any advice or suggestions

Not many couples are going together (because of work, financial, times) it is understandable and it is for sure not making your chances lower.

I heard only that each embassies behaving differently when you are with your love. Some can ask him/her several questions, another are not giving him a right to be near you while you will be asked. So,

KEEP calm) I'll also go alone) Friend will be waiting for me near embassy with my electronics and bag))

For us UKers the next step is to find out when the NVC ships out the application to the Embassy. Once they receive it you can schedule your medical and also make sure to order your police certificate once you have a case number.

The next day call and they should have your case number by then :D
