my question is do we need to send our doc to nvc? or he just need to send it to me? thanks any info will be appreciated :)

Nothing gets sent to NVC. For the requirements requested by your Embassy, please follow this link http://jakarta.usembassy.gov/visa/howtoapply.html and you will get more information that is specific to your Embassy @ Indonesia.

Also, recommend that you follow your sub-forum where others who have gone before you are there to help. Those that are here are new just like you and they may not know the answer to your question as they only have knowledge, most cases, of their own Embassy procedures.

Call the NVC after 10-14 days of your I-129F approval and get your nvc case number. You dont have to send anything to NVC. Once they have reviewed all your documents they will forward it to USEM and the US consul will contact you or will send you the Packet 3.

Just a little correction on your advice "USEM" means US Embassy Manila. Since they will be processing through The Embassy at Jakarta, Indonesia theirs will be different.

We were approved on 10th so I ask him to call to NVC on 24th or so

Keep us update :goofy:

I'm sorry for silly question, but is it possible really to get deny on this visa?? We were trying to do a B1/2 for me to visit, but got refusal :(

I hope this will not be a problem

Being denied for another visa classification does not mean automatic denial of any "new" applications. You are going to be fine.

will do

well i have that question too haha, i did tried tourist visa, cos i was invited to my friend wedding in LA, and were planned to had sometimes together while i was there.. but it was denied.. only God and the interviewer knew why it was denied :content:

lets just do our best, and set all the docs we need and pray for the best

I applied for tourist visa 2 times (year 2011-twice) and I was denied and i tried again year 2013 and I was still denied. And I tried again for the 4th times as I really wanted to see USA and My fourth tourist visa application was GRANTED :) so I went to the US for 16 days exploring the country. I am pretty sure that IT DOESNT MATTER that because you got denied for tourist visa means there is a possible that you will get deny too for fiance. Both different scenerios. If you can prove to the US CONSUL that your relationship is bona fide and your fiancé/é can support you as written in form I-134 + successful medical examination, means you are a-okey :)

Started our journey November 27th and got our interview date for February 18. Our visa was approved after 3 questions in a five minute interview!!! We are so excited. I am working in Vietnam right now and if my France's passport comes in the mail before the 25th she will be able to fly home with me instead of flying alone.

For those of you still waiting and pulling out your hair, make sure you have already done everything you can for all the other steps while you wait. Things move at your pace once you get NOA2. Good luck!

The thing to focus on here is not the previous denials, but the fact that you had years between applications, and during those years, chances are situations had changed. If they were recently denied their Visa, chances are they will most likely be denied again.
