My fiancé did that two weeks ago. I'm soon to follow. Seems the site isn't being updated promptly anyway. Checking the app is fairly meaningless.

The app is designed to check the website when you set it up in the settings. You want it to check every 30 min, then set it up to check every 30 min. It's works for you in the background. When the website changes you will know on the next check the app makes. Many here, and I can attest to it also as I am on ROC and using the app. (I haven't checked for 30 days because I know when there is a change I will get notification), have found it to be very accurate so accurate that before USCIS or NVC can send a text message you have been notified by the app.

what happens after that do you have to do it all over again wait the entire time as the first noa1 noa2

Once you return the information requested in the RFE and they review it for completeness, then they will make a decision on your case. Usually 2-3 weeks after receipt you'll be notified. Most get approvals and their NOA2 is then sent to them. No need to start over.

I'm so dumb when it comes to this Affidavit of Support. It allows space for one job, however I work two jobs. With my retail job, my last two paychecks are going to be very low (it's our slow season), On the VJ form tips, it says that the government looks very closely at all of these numbers. I'm afraid that I will be denied simply because my work isn't very great on paper right now. Any Advice? or if anybody can answer more questions on this topic, please feel free to message me? I feel like I have a billion questions on this form alone, and don't want to keep notifying everybody's phone/email.

thank you!

There are number of evidences that you have submitted and all together they help the adjudicator to make a decision on your case. So past history and current earnings are going to be weighed on their decision. If in the past history your evidence shows that you can earn the kind of income that will support your family and you are currently in a "funk" with your job and earnings are not that great that also should not have a negative impact on your earnings. They know that those who work in retail or tourist industries are going to have highs and lows and that is the reason they use "past history" enabling them to have a clear understanding of your earnings potential.

Relax.... your going to be fine.

Exactly what Greenbaum said, and the first line is primarily to show employment, you will also be submitting a copy of your tax transcripts which will show your entire combined income across all jobs. So as long as you are above the Poverty line you have zero worries.

Thank you both. That definitely takes some stress off of me, the past years I'm golden, just not currently. Congrats on all the noa2s
