It must be different for every country then because I have asked the embassy in Sweden and they want it presented or the visa will not be granted.

I tried emailing the embassy but no luck. I thought it was the same procedure for all embassy since it has to deal with a child. I try posting a question in my country forum but I saw someone already asked the question and no answers

You can wait for 35 days if you wish, but the most productive is to start calling after 10 business days.

To put your mind at ease call the Embassy that you will be processing through and ask your question. I'm curious about the answer. Emailing is slow at best. Sometimes Embassy's will correspond in facebook. Search and see if you can find a facebook page for your Embassy.

FYI, I got NOA2 on 1/25/2016 and I called NVC this morning (11 days after) and they gave me the case number. They said they received it yesterday. I called around 8AM (eastern time) and there was no wait

Reading from many users, they called NVC 10 BUSINESS DAYS after NOA2 and they were able to get the NVC receipt number

I have called the NVC 11 business days and I got our nvc case number.

My fiance (petitioner) called USCIS today and informed them that we got the approved noa2 on 22nd Jan 2016 as per uscis case tracker website but NO HARD COPY yet! It is technically 10 business days has gone. The USCIS says we have to wait for one month (means until feb 22) before they will issue another approved noa2 hard copy. Isnit possible to contact now the us embassy here and give them my nvc case number even if i dont have the approved noa2 hard copy? They might asked it so i am still not contacting them. Also, i have no idea whats the procedures i have to follow now that I have our case number. I went to us embassy bahrain website and not all informations that i wanted to know are included there. I have sent a private message to those people who had their k1 in bahrain but no response. *sigh ?

Honestly, the NOA2 Hard Copy is just a piece of Paper letting you know your case was approved, you won't use it for anything else, if the NVC has your case, and has provided you with an case number, just continue on your way. You can check the status of your NVC case here https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx

Choose Immigrant Visa, and type in the NVC case number.

The US Embassy in Bahrain requires this information for the interview http://bahrain.usembassy.gov/mobile//fiancee_visas.html

1. A passport valid for travel to the United States and with a validity date at least six months beyond the applicant's intended period of stay in the United States.
2. Original Birth certificate
3. Original Divorce or death certificate of any previous spouse for both the applicant and the petitioner
4. Police certificate from all places lived since age 16
5. Medical examination (vaccinations are optional, see below)
6. Evidence of financial support (Form I-134, Affidavit of Support may be requested.)
7. Two Non-immigrant Visa Applications , Form DS-156
8. One Non-immigrant Fiancé Visa Application, Form DS-156K
9. Two Non-immigrant visa photos (each two inches 50 X 50 mm square, showing full face, against a light background)
10. Evidence of a fiancé relationship
11. Payment of fees, as explained below.

I called in to NVC to see if they received my case thinking no way too early and surprise they just got it yesterday, received NOA2 hard copy on the 27th and NVC got my case on 2/4 ....7 business days .

Thanks for the response but I have called the hospital here where i will do my medical for K1 and they required NOA2 hard copy in order to proceed my medical. I checked my nvc case status and the status is "AT NVC". I already have my police clearance, i have done the vaccinations k1 required, i have the copy of I-129F that my fiance submitted to USCIS, and all the evidence of our genuine relationship, wedding plans & i am just waiting my fiance to send me his I-134 and supporting documents then idk whats next to do as i have read here that different USEM has different procedure. I am not sure if us embassy will schedule my interview or im the one.. :-/

Visa USA. No other Embassy uses the CENOMAR, just the Philippines. So asking your question probably would not get answered. Go over to the Sub-form for the Philippines and ask questions like that.

Gotcha, Thanks for letting me know, I only had the information from their website stating they wanted the Paper provided by the consulate not USCIS. Sometimes I wish places would keep their websites up to date with accurate information.

I called the embassy but bc I haven't set up a profile the rep said she could not give me further information.. I haven't tried setting up a profile bc I thought that should be done by my fiancé.

I found this at the Embassy that you will be processing through. I followed the link that someone had given you earlier. Sometimes your questions can be answered with a little research, especially when someone is trying to help you and pointing you to the answer. If after you visit the links and you still have questions, please return and post your question. We understand how this all works and that your anxious and afraid to make a mistake, not to mention this is a new process for you. I remember when we were going through this process, but once it is over you often wonder why you make such a big deal about it. Relax and you will get through this.

I guess the profile we need to set up to schedule fingerprint and medical. So I guess I have to wait for case number, set up "the profile" and call to ask the question!
