Hang in there, my estimated date started today and I haven't had a full night's sleep in a week. I can only imagine how you feel. Easier said than done. I wish I could go to a store and buy some patience, because I'm completely out.

I've been staying up till 4/5am UK time to see if we get an approval for a week now! When you go to the patience store can you pick me up some patience too? haha!

At least we've got VJ and we're not all feeling alone in this. It will happen, I just think we're wanting it too bad. Hoping you get some good news this week or next

Im about to get a CENOMAR, just wanted to ask if if asked for purpose, would "Passport/Travel" be ok or should it be specified as "Visa Usa"? Thanks!

haha i know! i've told all my friends to stop texting me, and most of my notifications are from this group and all of their exciting news! meanwhile I'm over here attempting to stay busy doing something else, and being super jealous of all the NOA2's

Hi everyone,

my petition was approved on the 28th and I never got an email or text message - even though my NOA1 arrived by text and email- , I was notified by my app and then I checked the website. Sometimes de text and email doesn't work for some reason. 4 days later it was in the mail. Hope this helps.

Visa USA. No other Embassy uses the CENOMAR, just the Philippines. So asking your question probably would not get answered. Go over to the Sub-form for the Philippines and ask questions like that.

Yes you can use the Province for the "State".

This is a question that should be asked in the sub-forum for the Philippines. Most here are processing through different Embassy's and therefor may not be able to lend a hand with your questions for the Philippines. I'm sure many are like me in that they don't know what a province is unless they are familiar with the Philippines.

They will grant the visa. It's not the Embassy's responsibility to determine if they can actually travel or not. That up to the her. CO's only concern is if they meet the visa requirements and she is getting vetted each step of the way. Next is the Embassy.

They just have to get beyond immigration at the departing airport. That's where they need the notarized letter from the BF/Husband/Xhusband/Father.

It must be different for every country then because I have asked the embassy in Sweden and they want it presented or the visa will not be granted.

Thats good to know I will ask my fiance - (the petitioner) today to call USCIS as we havent got the noa2 hard copy and it has been 10 business days gone! If they wont give a clear answer or if they cant help us, i will follow Greenbaun's advised to email the Ombudsman or will make an appoint through infopass. We hope the noa2 harcopy is not lost! I checked the case tracker app and its approved since jan 22, 2016.

Yes that is a good caveat to check your Embassy for their directions. Each is different. That's why asking questions here is sometimes not the best place to ask. Most times one should be in their sub-forum asking these types of questions. If you have a small group, then add it to the main forum and someone there may have your answer and most likely the one that the Embassy dictates.

Going through the approval dates, there was a big bunch approved on Tuesday. Not so many Monday, Wednesday, or Thursday. I'd have to look further back to see if that's a pattern but if there isn't a wave tonight, it might be Tuesday that they release batches.

I've been emailing the writer of the app with search suggestions (search by approval date, search by approved only) and he seems like a pretty cool guy.

I look through couple hundreds case prior to our and found the latest approved date was on the 3rd, nothing on 4th.

Reading from many users, they called NVC 10 BUSINESS DAYS after NOA2 and they were able to get the NVC receipt number
