Yes, just this morning Thailand time.

Nice. Can I ask how long it took to get your police report?

I'm heading to LOS on the 17th and preparing the P3 while I'm there.

6/10/2016 Received visa package in mail

Didn't work out....relationship is over

We were offered to leave a 1500 baht tip in an envelope and we got the police report in the mail 7 days later.

I would've sent an extra $500 if the CSC got my petition done faster ??

You and I both lol, we are so impatient ? but we will look back on this and laugh one day hopefully. I think before Friday we will hear something!

Actually, I'm doing ok. It's my fiancé. I've been the one that's well aware of how long the process takes and how long it used to take. I feel pretty fortunate.

She's been a bit in the dark and is just waiting to get ready to move but doesn't want to get too ready without word.

It's getting to her.

So I could tell my fiancé she can go get her police clearance in Australia with just the NOA1 number?

I'll get right on that

I wouldn't recommend it unless it is not an issue if they tell her no and she needs to go back again later.

Well here's my question.

My fiancé works for a place where she needs police clearance anyway and she had one in 2015.

Is the one for the K1 different or will what she has already be good to go?

Like is it a special form or something?

Something that also saved us another week was using our NOA1 to get police clearance instead of waiting for NOA2 :)

Ha, yea, I was going to try that trick if it came down to it but looks like we should have the NOA2 by the 17th anyway. fingers crossed.

I'm assuming you had to have it translated too?

And had to send it in with your PC before the interview is scheduled?

The only documents we translated were her birth certificate and her single paper.

Need help on this re evidence of support. The petitioner only have his 1040 itr most recent was 2014, he hasnt filed his 2015 itr 1040 but he has his most recent w2, pay stubs, employment letter, bank statements to substantiate the I-134. Question is, will the 2014 itr 1040 be okay to support the I-134?? Or he needs to file for 2015 itr 1040?

Thanks

This comes straight from the Embassy Letter. Recommend if you haven't done so get yourself a copy and ONLY those items listed are required. Why DO more when DO will DO.

He is to submit only his most recent tax return so if 2015 hasn't been submitted then you will use 2014 as it is your most recent.

EVIDENCE OF SUPPORT. You should be able to demonstrate that you will not become a public charge

or burden on the U.S. taxpayers for financial support. A completed I-134 Affidavit of Support Form may be

useful to the consular officer to evaluate your petitioner’s ability to be financially responsible for you. You

may also be asked to submit your petitioner’s most recent U.S. Federal income tax return (Form 1040) and

wage statements (Form W-2). Employment letters stating salaries and bank statements may be included to

substantiate the I-134. Download Form I-134 at http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis.
