She can apply in Saipan. First thing is that you need to visit the website for the US Embassy of Saipan to look through the details of what is needed. Most will require you to prove to the satisfaction of the US consular official at the interviewing US embassy/consulate, that they have significant ties to the Phils/Saipan. such that they would return to the Phils/Saipan. after their US visit is completed. Such ties could include, property, house ownership, current stable employment, etc. Each visitor visa applicant is presumed to have immigration intent, and must prove that they are not trying to immigrate to the US. A letter from a doctor, any documents from you, or any other invitation-type letter would likely have no positive effect on the visitor visa approval.

Good luck.

Thanks Greenbaum for helping! :) Really appreciated! :star:

Yes, I am. I had a complete brain melt down, and left all of the employment information blank. Did not enclose any paperwork either. But its all good. Saw this today!

On January 27, 2016, we mailed a request for additional evidence for your Form I-129F, Petition for Fiance(E)

So, yeah I may be behind the curve but still driving. :) (On the bright side, I can now just enclose a copy of my tax returns! )

i didnt think you had to put your income or employment with the first application. what paper work did you forget to put in with it

Well, you know those boxes that ask for all addresses if you lived overseas? Yep left that blank.

Then right under it, it asks you to list all of your places of employment ? Left that blank also.

Sigh...

im not 100% but i dont think they will give you ref because of that. they no that you will just waste your money if you go on without the required income tax info. i didnt fill that out either as i do not have tax info. i will use my assets because i retired at 28 and there is no tax info to give them

Congrats! 38 days today from NOA1 and patiently waiting!!! Most likely receiving a RFE. Misinterpreted some info and didn't send enough evidence of going relationship. Hopefully they see my passport stands and see I have been traveling to see my fiancé in the past years! Fingers crossed and get an approval instead of RFE but I am ready for them.. Bring it on CSC ?!!!!

Quick question to clear up a little confusion.

According to my NOA1 paper, it says it's the 29th BUT when I check my status on the app or on the official site, it says received on the 23rd.

Now. Have I been waiting 31 days or 37??

Fully understanding that I still have to wait either way Hahahaha

Thank you so much , yea its crazy the process I would assume some agents are more meticulous then others when verifying the petitions and I would believe it could be a stroke of luck sometimes in getting one individual that is more lenient on information but I'm sure since the SB incident they are all checked more closely, Just hang in there I was 41 days , you'll get it done I'm sure.....

We weren't missing anything I just thought as we met online originally we would maybe get an RFE reguarding the site we met on(okcupid) as other people got RFEs to request more evidence to ensure it was a free site not a marriage broker.
