Side note, only 8 days from NOA2 sofar (NOA2 physical copy received), called NVC still not yet received as of 01-26-2016 at 10:25am.

For anyone who is considering calling NVC, I called mid morning pressed Option 7, and only sat on hold for 10 minutes before someone answered the call.

If they don't have the case, all they will ask for is your USCIS WAC Number. If they have the case, you will need to provide them the following.

Beneficiary's DOB

Congratulations to those of you that recently got your approval!

I just called NVC this morning 13 days after our packet was approved. I called at 7am on the dot and was on the phone for less than 5 minutes. I was given my case number and invoice ID number!

Our case got approved too yesterday! I got a text message and an email notification around 10:30 PM (eastern time).

looks like our NOA1s only few days apart, I sent my petition on the 19th of December, FedEx guarantee it to be delivered on the 22nd. But they messed it up and it was delivered on the 23rd. My notice date is the 28th December. Hopefully we'll hear something by next week.

We're actually only ONE day apart. My NOA1 was the 29th. Yay Sydney! She's moving a loooong way for me.

I love it there too though. We may end up back there in a few years

Your Embassy does not give much information on their website so I recommend that you call them if you are still wondering what to do next.

You should try calling. I heard some people said they called after a few days their case was approved. So I call on Thursday and boom Monday, my case is approved. Coincidence I think not lol.
