So late in update but finally got our NOA2 on 1/20 (yayy), now preparing to send package to my fiance in Ghana, was wondering if I should send affidavit of support now or wait for nvc first

After getting our case number/manila case number can the beneficiary accomplish the ds160, medical schedule and interview or we must wait for the letter of appointment or until they sent it to Manila?? As far as i understand the info links and articles pasted in this thread, once we got our case number via phone call in NVC we can push through those steps? Ive read others made it as early and did short cuts to save time, but when's really the best time to sign up for ds160 and schedule medical and interview?

Thanks in advance!

Hi Amythyst88,

Have you got your MNL Case Number? as I've checked in your timeline, we have the same approval date so maybe I should consider calling NVC.

Thanks :)

Hello there! We're on the same boat....

Us too - our NOA1 date was 12/03/15, so we're even farther behind. :( Thus far I've been pretty relaxed about it, but should I be worried? Seems like it's taking way longer than for everyone else on here.
