Hi Lapaisita143,

I believe we should wait for 15+ days before the email notification of Notice of Action (NOA1) will arrive. When did you sent your package?

NOA1 e-notification comes in pretty fast. I received mine 2 days after package was delivered.

the paper NOA1 takes about a week to receive, but I believe it contains the same info as the e-notification.

All applications are sent to a lockbox in Texas from there they are sent to the servicecenter that belongs to your state. BUT since marts 2015 all applications are sent to california servicecenter :)

Welcome to the December forum. I don't know the experience of your lawyer but I would like to extend to you some help processing through the Philippines USEM. I have a step by step guide for each of the steps you will take and what to expect dealing with the Philippine government entities along the way. I give you access to information that you may not know existed. And the best part is it's FREE.

Follow the link at the red twisting arrow below and I will show you the "gotchas" that you can avoid to make this a smooth journey. Besides, it's nice to have something to view to insure your lawyer is giving you the best information. The guide has served hundreds here to the successful completion of their visa saving them time and money along the way.
