For those who's freaking out, we gotta relax, mine and my fiance case is kinda frustrating too but we must be patience. Our NOA1 got approved Dec 3, 15 and we haven't receive NOA2 as of today ?. We called today to follow up and said still in process "red flag" status. It only relieved me due to my fiance is flying here next week to work for 14 days (so we could spend time together). Well he comes every other month to work here in the Phils. Our only hope is to PRAY and get a life! hehe. Have a bless day!

(Day 0) Aug 3, 2016 Mailed K1 and K2's AOS/EAD/AP via Fedex

(Day 1) Aug 4, 2016 Fedex tracker shows packet delivered to USCIS in Chicago at 10:27am

(Day 11) Aug 15, 2016 Received text and email acceptance notification at 11:45pm

(Day 18) Aug 22,2016 Received hard-copy NOA 1

(Day 23) Aug 27, 2016 Received biometric appointment letter via US mail.

(Day 33) Sept 6, 2016 Biometrics Complete for both the K1 and K2

(Day 102) November 15, 2016 EAD status changed to "New Card Being Produced".

(Day 102) November 15, 2016 AP status changed to "Approved".

(Day 104) November 17, 2016 EAD status changed to "Card sent via USPS".

(Day 111) November 21, 2016 EAD delivered via USPS.

Once you have your case approved, you can complete the DS-160. You don't have to wait for your case to be ready. Just bring the print out of the confirmation page with the bar code to your interview.

Hello everyone!

Just wanted to say Good Morning... And calm the anxiety a little for all of us awaiting on that NOA2. Seemed like they are moving to the second week of December filers. Good luck everyone and let's hope they keep moving on the same pace and we all receive notifications before the end of the month!

Ours updated today. I checked the App on Android and it says the case was approved on the 14th (Yesterday). I have not received any email or text message though ._.

Did you log into the USCIS website, and add your case number to your cases, and configure Email and TXT notifications?

07/04/15 - First Trip to China to visit her (spent time at her home, her hometown, and Beijing), Met the whole family.
07/18/15 - Sadly I had to return back to the US
10/01/15 - I am returning back to China to be with her again
10/11/15 - She will accompany me back on the same flight for 30 days
11/14/15 - She returns back to China
12/01/15 - I-129F Fed-Ex'd to the Lewisville address
12/03/15 - Packet signed for by the receiver
12/07/15 - NOA1 Generated
12/11/15 - NOA1 Received
01/14/15 - NOA2 Generated (Approved)
01/28/16 - NVC Received (Still waiting papers for official date)
01/29/16 - NVC Case# Assigned (Still waiting papers for official date)
02/03/16 - Case Sent to Embassy
02/04/16 - Case Received by Embassy
03/03/16 - Packet 3 Received
03/03/16 - Packet 3 Sent back to Embassy
03/04/16 - DS-160 Fee paid
03/09/16 - Packet 4 Received (Documents were prepared in advance)
04/02/16 - I return to China to provide moral and emotional support as she goes to her Interview on the 5th
04/05/16 - Interview Date (APPROVED!!!)

04/25/16 - POE Dallas Texas (DFW) smooth sailing through customs

04/25/16 - Arrived in Nashville, TN 10pm
04/29/16 - Marriage Certificate received
SSN filed somewhere after this point (exact date is not remembered, received after a 30 minute wait)
11/16/16 - AoS packet mailed (i-485, i-765, i-131)
11/18/16 - AoS packet received
12/06/16 - Check Cashed
02/28/17 - EAD and AP Approved
03/02/17 - NOA2 for EAD and AP Arrived
03/02/17 - EAD/AP Card Arrived

Yes, I guess that's how they described for pendings. When we ask what can we do to proceed, the operator said we have to wait. It just sad that now the process for us become slow. But who knows for everyone.

Our NOA2 got approved!!! Thank you Lord Jesus! And i saw more than 5 got approved today also!

Congrats! Hope ours will be approved in the coming days ?

American Mission Hospital sent my K1 Medical Examination Result to US Embassy: March 13, 2016 ( I have received a call from AMH to collect my copy of vaccination report & Medical Examination Result & also AMH informed me that my K1 medical forms has been delivered to US Embassy on this date)

Packet 4 (Interview): March 14, 2016 (I have received a call from US Consul Specialist & she informed me about my interview)

Interview Date: March 17, 2016 at 3:00pm (APPROVED)

Visa Issued: March 21, 2016

Visa Received (On Hand): March 21, 2016 at 1:30pm (US Consul called me to pick up my passport/visa between 1:00-1:30pm)

POE: Abu Dhabi Airport, May 14, 2016
