December 2015 I-129F Filers [edited title]

I really don't want a RFE, but If my passport had 4 months left of validity when I sent the packet, do you think that would matter (Since I'm the petitioner?) I'm renewing it next week after my travels.

I think it only matters that it was valid when filed.

Starting to feel extremely anxious for my NOA2. :clock: Kind of gets worst when I check the timelines from late november filers and they havet received theirs yet. -_-

11/12/2015 - Sent petition
16/12/2015 - USCIS received petition
18/12/2015 - NOA1 date According to NOA1 hardcopy
21/12/2015 - Received NOA1 email and text
27/12/2015 - Received NOA1 hardcopy
28/01/2016 - NOA2
10/02/2016 - Got NVC case number

Congrats! Waiting is the tough at least now you know it was approved and you can start getting ready for the rest of the journey!!!

My fiancé , they hold her hands through the whole process and even cut through the lines!

It's not going to be a problem. It's still valid when you made the copy. That's all that matters.

Like the medical , police and embassy lines plus they bus her every where until she receive

Her visa.

I did a lot of research on my attorney before I hired them

They have an office in the state and Bangkok Thailand

They prepare every paper work including translation between Thai and English

Holding her hand from the beginning till the end

My attorney scans you and ask a ton of questions

If he and staff feels they can't get you a visa they won't take you as a client

They like to keep their reputation of 100% visa approval

Hello. I will like to pay using check in order to know when the check has been cashed, but the problem is, i do not have a check book. Can i use my mum's own or just go ahead and pay using money order?

Go to the bank and ask them to print you one. Chase and Navy Federal will do it for free maybe yours will too.
