Greenbaum or any other member who has a clue-

I'll be going to visit my fiance this week, but I am trying to research to get ahead. I should receive my hard-copy NOA1 one day this week. Assuming that there are no problems or RFEs, and I do get a NOA2 in the future... I know the information I need from my employers, and I can easily attain those. I can get all of my bank information for the form also. But when it comes to the I-134, do I personally fill this form out? and if I have my mother be a co-sponsor, does she fill out an I-134 also? (or is it the I-864 that my co-sponsor fills out?) I already have a copy of the I-129f packet that includes supporting evidence, I can make a letter of intent in the future, and I can easily provide ongoing relationship evidence as well as copy the NOA2 If i receive that.

My fiance hasn't lived outside of his country for more than 6 months, so I don't believe he will need the police clearance. I went to the Dominican Republic Embassy page that you linked me too last week, and just got way more confused. So I won't even open that can of worms until I can get through the other baby steps.

There is a way to put your timeline so that it is visible each time you submit a reply or question. If you see below in my "signature box" is items that I have entered. Here are the instructions. Experiment and have fun.

Go up to the far right and click on your name

Select "my profile"

Under your picture on the left side column, select "edit my profile"

Go down the list under your picture and select "signature"

Next screen there are two boxes over each other one says "My current signature" and the bottom box says "Edit Signature"

Go down to the lower box and begin to design your "signature"

Once you save it then you will see what it looks like in the top box

Once you leave all your past and present entry's will have your new "signature" box

Most use it for putting their timeline so others can quickly see which stage you are in.

Have fun.

Let me ask a question before we get to far into this so you don't have to do more than you need to for the interview.

I am assuming your the USC. Do you make enough income (Line 22 from IRS 1040) to exceed the amount needed to support your family based on the current poverty guidelines?

Family Members - Poverty Level

1 $11,770

2 $15,930

3 20,090

4 24,250

5 28,410

6 32,570

7 36,730

8 40,890

Well, that's a very good question.. I bartend and work a commission based sales job. I know my retail job claims everything, but I highly doubt my bar manager claims cash tips. So legally, I don't have any idea what is claimed, but technically yes. That's why I figured I would need my mother's help since I don't know what my income looks like on government paper

The forum settings wouldn't let me adjust the sig file till after making a first post.

That was my first post.

Hi-

I was in the Magic Kingdom on the 29th when I got the text message and email.

Came home on the 2nd and the hard copy was there.

Everything was sent to the CSC, which surprises me.

Do I check the status now with the receipt number given?

Stealing the link from Greenbaum's signature, you can go here it provides the link for the Android or iPhone app. http://dennyeyberg.wix.com/filipino-am-visa#!get-the-app/czzs

These are not official USCIS apps, but apps that people have created to bridge a necessary gap.
