Front loading means sending evidence of a true relationship along with your I-129f packet (pictures, plane tickets, etc). Stuff that most countries dont need until the interview but for some that are at high risk of visa fraud it is almost necessary.

Oh. I thought that was necessary as part of the I-129F anyway.

What exactly is "front loading" the packet?

Sending evidence in the application (I-129F) packet that is not needed nor asked for example sending in 4200 pages of chat longs. My advice. Send what is only asked for and what is reasonable to prove or dispel any issues you find may hinder your application. For instance, they are recently upping their request through RFE's for "dating sites" that they want you to explain to them that it is not a human trafficking site. So, sending them the website's TOS with your initial application submittal would solve that if you were to front load that document even though it's not on the list of required documents.

Hi guys. I sent my i129f on dec 12 to the lewisville lockbox. Tracking said it was delivered on the 16th. Still no noa1 yet and money order has not been cashed. Here's the problem. The lady who issued me the money order made it for 341.00. Do you think they will return my application because of 1 dollar? And another question. On the letter of intent we used the dallas lockbox address but the packet i sent to lewisville express mail. Is that a problem?

If it is not the correct amount and if the check is not made out using their requirements then yes, you will get your packet back till you resubmit with the discrepancy corrected.

They are very strict about items like this so in the future, check, check and recheck to insure you have satisfied their requirements "perfectly". Almost with Immigration doesn't count.
