Congrats, I know the wait was horrendous, but now you are starting down the home stretch.

Thank you, I'm hoping things go fast from here but from what I understand NVC is super slow right now. And I bet the american embassy here is closed too as it's typical Swedish vacation time.

I'm following about 20 other i-129f cases that were filed in December on the app on my phone and they all say "Case was received", meaning nothing has happened since they got NOA1. I feel so bad for them having to wait this long. It's as if all those cases have ended up in the same pile and that it has been forgotten somewhere at the CSC facility.

My phone has been a bit extra noisy lately, the case tracker app tells me more December filers have finally either received their NOA2 or RFE from USCIS. Congratulations to those who got their NOA2, whoever you are, but also to the ones getting an RFE - at least you know someone is FINALLY working on your case.

Hello everyone.

Just received an RFE after about 7 and a half months into waiting asking for more evidence showing that my fiance and I have met in person two years prior to filing. We submitted pictures of us together, chat logs, and a written statement.
-we did not submit passport stamps showing my fiance was in fact in new york or tax records .

Im wondering what you guys sent in for evidence that shows you two met in person.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, we want to get this RFE right. Thanks

Photos are good but they usually don't show when you met, only that you did meet. So passport stamps and boarding passes are very important. As can hotel receipts be, showing that you were at that specific place at that specific time when you said you met her.

Thanks a lot. We now have passport stamps included to show that she was in america at the time, however boarding pass tickets we do not have. Also we have tremebdous evidence of us having met AFTER we filed the i-129f, i dont know if that will help because rfe asks for 2 years prior...
