thanks alot well i guess im waiting on the response from the rfe now i will let every1 no what happened when i see what they say now they recieved it last thursday i think

Dave it took us about 12 business days to get past the RFE.

There's a bunch from 12/21, some from 12/22. I searched them all the way back to the first of the month. 12/17, 12/18, 12/10 a few 12/8's and a few others spread in there.

Hope you get the visa soon. I'm on day 9 after approval, and no visa yet. A friend of mine with dominican republic embassy as well is at a month. Waiting sucks

Yah I know the feelings of waiting.... That's why I will not give up anything I have here unless the visa is already in my hands. I hope, we both get our visa "the soonest" :) This K1 teaches us to be more patience as I was'nt patience like this before lol I hate waiting! But we had no choice but to wait ? Lets keep ourselves busy to plan the wedding so we will not notice the time :D I can't wait to be with my fiancé as we are in LDR for 2 years. Update us when you get your visa.

Congrats to those that got approved, and good luck to those still waiting.

My petition is at the consulate now and the status show it "READY" i guess that they already send out the letter to my fiance. I already request them to send me a copy of the letter by email and still waiting for their response.

Is this normal? I just got an email from the consulate informed me that they just received the electronic from NVC, they still haven't received the hard copy yet. I should wait about 2 weeks for them to get the hard copy then send them another inquiry

Don't bother calling for your case number until 10 business days have passed since you were notified that your case was approved - NOA2. It takes approximately 10 days for the NVC to receive your case from USCIS.
