Who do you address your SECOND letter of intent to?

Sorry but the search function isn't giving me an answer

i just did "to whom it may concern, i intend blah blah blah..." then signed with all of my information, which they didn't even look at any of my paperwork whatsoever

To my fellas here who will attend K1 fiance visa at the US Embassy Manila. I just got approved today by a woman american consulate. It took only 5 mins interview. She only asked me 1. How and when did we meet and 2. How many times he visited me. When I said 10 times since nov 2014 she made a (WOW) expression then she let me go. She didn't take our I-134 and my police clearance, I wonder why because we didn't include it on I-129 packet. She only look on our photos that I brought extra then gave it back to me. The Filipino and American consulate are very nice to everyone. Just keep smiling all the time. I came inside 7am for my 7:30am appointment and finished by 10:05am. Waiting for my turn is much more longer than the interview. Overall, I had a great experience. Goodluck to everyone! ?

USEM (Manila) has not asked for the I-134 on a regular basis for the past 8 months. In fact it's written in the Embassy letter that it "maybe useful" not required. Still, having it saved you from a RFE if asked.

EVIDENCE OF SUPPORT. You should be able to demonstrate that you will not become a public charge

or burden on the U.S. taxpayers for financial support. A completed I-134 Affidavit of Support Form may be

useful to the consular officer to evaluate your petitioner’s ability to be financially responsible for you. You

may also be asked to submit your petitioner’s most recent U.S. Federal income tax return (Form 1040) and

wage statements (Form W-2). Employment letters stating salaries and bank statements may be included to

substantiate the I-134. Download Form I-134 at http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis

The flight attendants will be passing out before landing. If they run out of cards , just wait till you land and ask a the flight crew where to get one at.

So frustrating our case has been ready since Feb 2 with no word from the embassy in Accra for packet 3 I think they have quite a backlog.

With Thailand embassy I was able to do both of my packet 3 and 4 without waiting for it to come from the us embassy with the help of my attorneys . You might want to check forums from your country to find a better a answer

Ok, i have a problem now. Today i received letter with all financial documents from my fiance. Recently my street has changed the name. In each paper as well as in my ds160 i put my old adress ( because we haven't changed that name as well as my neighbors still - to much of paperwork), but John my fiance wrote in I-134 new name of the street. Im nervous about that. Do we need change it there or it can be like that and to add there a letter of explaination, that it's new name, but in my passport still old one, neither building number or flat hasn't changed. ?!?! Because I've interview soon...disappoint :(

Please help with advice

I don't think it will be a problem that can't be discussed at the interview, however, it can't hurt to call them on Monday at the phone number at this link.
