so just making sure it would be fine to have her write out a letter and sign it and then email it to me and then print it out and they will except that i do read what you said but just making sure 100% that i get exactly what you are saying

Yes. A letter from her and she will sign it and email it to you. You print it out and include it with the return of the 221g documents. Example of a letter can be found here: http://dennyeyberg.wix.com/filipino-am-visa#!letter-of-intent/c3ti

This is getting confusing. So the bio father is divorced from the bio mother and he is remarrying and immigrating to the US with his new fiancé.... do I have that correct"

If that's the case then I believe the child should be with the mother and the door left open if the mother later on wants to let her immigrate to the US as a K2.

Yes. :)

As long as the Tax transcripts show more than the poverty line (approximately 20k per year) then the money in savings is irrelevant.

Thank you guys! Yep, he has more than 2016 requirements. That's good information. Have an appointment on 22 to medical and on 24th of March to embassy, want to be sure in every paper you know.
Is it real that almost all people are getting approved? Because I have read and a bit nervous about interview. Our relationship is more than a year and we want to be together so so much. How to keep calm myself? :clock:

my rfe came today they say that they need a evidence that she will marry within the 90 days of entering the US they said they either need a statement letter of intent to marry or wedding preparations or other evidence that cleary establishes her intent to marry well i thought for sure that all the pictures from a huge engagemnet party showing all of us and the family and the banners that was made up saying engagement party for her and I with our names plainly stated i thought that would work and if she has to write a letter can she write it and email it or does it have to have wet signed and the other thing they stated they needed was i guess all the pictures that we sent they must have not looked at them at all because they are asking for pictures of us again they were infact inside of the packet and now i am wodering where the hell they went anyways does they letter have to have wet signed thanks

Hi Dave,

We had the same situation. Our simple solution was for her to type a short note saying she plans to get married.she signed it in blue ink, scanned and emailed it to me. I printed it and sent it in. (Using blue ink signature, with the black letter makes it a bit harder to tell if it's wet or dry

It may or may not be an issue but the instructions say to use BLACK ink for everything.

Hopefully it doesn't result in more delays.

Oh ( We have read about that , it is strongly recommended black ink don't know why.
Keep strong there!
P.S. Hello Nashville by the way! I'm going to move there

Black ink is the preferred way that the US Government wants documents to be signed. You get a much better scan from black then other colors that is their reasoning for requesting it to be in black.

The letter DOES NOT have to be original with a wet signature. The letter can be scanned and emailed then printed for submittal.

It took us just about 12 days from replying to the RFE to noa2. At the California center. Things fly after that.

Hello everyone! My US fiance is filing out I-134 and we have some questions. For "relationship to sponsor", should he put "Fiancee" (if beneficiary is a female). For Item 11, should he check "intend" or "do not intend to make specific contributions to the support of the person(s) named in item 3".

And also, for the Oath or Affirmation of Sponsor, what to put there?

Hmm, I am wondering, is it necessary to bring new "letter of intent" if there is no requirement for that on the embassy website?

Yes. Two things I was told to absolutely have (for Australia anyway) were the new letters of intent and original divorce decrees (if needed).

It doesn't have those listed on the site for Oz either.
