OP was the marriage in good faith? your question was dry as if the GC only matters & you already seeked

help from your employer, was he a friend B4 you came here, & why would you not co-mingle funds after her

spending time & money to bring you over....maybe she saw another side of things.

What proofs you have this is bonafide

My marriage its like this:

She's a teacher, making extremly good money, I work as landscaper not much money, but there's a job. She gets something like $5.000/month, I get something like $2.200. She NEVER paid a bill in this house, and I do not exagerate, NEVER gave a penny for anything. I pay the bills , I buy the groceries etc. I wanted to get the driving license she didnt let me to get it because she told me I dont need one, I wanted to make a medical insurance she didnt let me because she said I dont need one. When she buys something to eat, she writes her name on the food, and she eats by herself. Even if I am the ONLY one who buys groceries, I have to ask before to eat something, when I want to go out for a walk, she starts and scream why do I have to take a walk? People, I swear to God and I do not have any reason to lie to you, she is not doing anything beside going to work and playing on PC all day long. I clean, I wash, I cook. Does it sounds like a slave? Yes, thats how do I feel in this marriage, I am the only one who gives a (beep) about this. I can not anymore, I am tired, I don't have patience anymore. In a marriage its suppose to be two people, not one. That's my situation, thats why I want to divorce.

That doesnt look like a good faith marriage to me, plus if this is how it was then why you stayed married for a year and half? I mean will she "let you" file for divorce?! If you want my advice start obtaining bills with both your names on, add her to your bank account, try to obtain many documents which shows your both names on. If you went to a ROC interview alone and you tell this to the officer they may not believe you because you have no proof for anything.

Do you think you have any kind of proof, which can show that you enter with marriage in good faith? Like how you met and how you got married. Also you need to gather proof of abuse, that could help you. Since you have nothing joint with her, is quite difficult to

convenience USCIS about giving you waiver. But I would suggest there are immigration attorney who do not charge fees ( i think government provide that service), they are in every state. You can take advice from one of them.

there will be several immigration lawyer call atleast 10 of them to find out fees for consultancy. I have paid 250 usd. You might get in cheaper like 150 usd somewhere it depend. They will give you proper advice on this case.

Also here I would like to say when you made your first post you should have described about your situation rather than asking for solution to retain green card and get divorce. It gives wrong impression. I agree you would have suffered a lot. You made proper post after several other post.
