I-864 question 20 part 6

I wonder if i need to check the box for question 20 part 6 of the i-864 application... I am the petitioner and sponsor for my husband.. I did not file taxes and never did because i was never employed.. So the question ask you to check the box if you did not file taxes and wont submit because your income is below the requirements so does that still apply to me
