Can I get some help with the I-134.

1)

Is I-134 mandatory?

2)

How much amount do I need to show?

3)

Is it ok to write fewer savings than I have in the form?

or

If I mention all my savings and send the bank statements for less savings is it ok?

4)

How many years of Tax returns should I show?

1.) Yes. 100% Mandatory

2.)Show everything you make in a year, take a months worth of paystubs, multiply them by 12 and write that in the box. The amount you need to make to be enough depends on your household size, if you're ONLY bringing in a fiance with no children and you have no dependants yourself, you need to show you make at least 19,912$ a year.

3.) You don't have to show all of your assets if you make enough yearly income. If you don't make enough yearly income, then you will show your savings.

4.) Some people will say three, most consulates will just take the most recent tax return and W2.

I got a new question. I am divorced and have a child for whom I pay the child support. I don't list him as my dependent in the tax filing.

Do I need to list him as partially dependent?
