Biometrics: Aug31

AP approved: Oct13

EAD denied: Nov6

GC being produced: Nov21

GC approved: Nov23

As you can see the status was sent backwards! Lol. I'm not really worried bout it after all the other posts I read bout it that it's okay. My husband is expecting the card to arrive in like days, but I doubt it! Hehe. I'm expecting a week or two after! Finally, I can have other IDs already besides from my passport! I can also work and drive! :) After months of waiting, I can finally help my husband with all the bills :)

Goodluck to all of you who are still waiting for GC approval, it will come when you least expected it!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone :)

That's funny! Me too I just received an update and GC is in production, but never received *approval*.

You should wait until it says *card mailed*. Then it should be within a week or so. Otherwise I've heard it's up to two weeks from "GC in production" update.

Thanksgiving should also slow things down since it's a holiday and many places are closed.

Congratulations! We got our approval yesterday. The IO was very nice to let us know right then so we were able to get the passport stamp. This morning I got all the emails and text message showing the case had been updated to approved and the request for a new card. You're right a few more days of waiting won't hurt! Happy Thanksgiving!!!

After interview on Monday I got and email saying GC in production and yesterday I got a mail saying welcome to the USA but no GC

I got my welcome letter last Wednesday (11/25). I think it's not really that important because they are just welcoming you here in the states and notifying you that your I-485 is approved. I only checked for how long does it take them to actually send the card, and it says within 3 weeks. That's it :)

I got a status update from USCIS that the card was already delivered and they gave a tracking number for USPS. :)
