is this red flag?

i am us citizen and got married 2 years ago , the thing whihc is really disturbing me is i have three kids under then age of 8 (i am 28 years).is this going to raise any red flag during the interview of my husband.i will be with him during his interview.we both never get married before. we do have a lot of evidence .call record,skype ,FB,plane tickets etc.

Is he the father of your children? How old is the youngest child? How long did you know your husband prior to marriage?

The simple fact of having 3 children wouldn't necessarily be a red flag but it depends on the circumstances around it.

no he is not father of childeren i know him since 2012 and we got married on oct 2013 .the youngest one is 5 year old

as long as you can prove that you don't have any relationship with your kids' dad, i dont think this should be a problem
