You will fill out the Ds -260 at the embassy and pay the application fee then, but you will also have to do a medical too. please remember to take you documents

If u are eligible undere CSPA act obviously u should go and give it a try at the embassy.

Does she qualify for CSPA. The case was complete without her name so I called NVC and they put it under CSPA review. How long does it take for CSPA review by NVC?

My pd is 23 dec2002 india .it was current in sept 2015 . I m eligible under cspa calculation. If retrograt the cut off dates in upcoming months . Did u calculated my age again according to new upcoming visa bulletin or they just calculated once when first time my pd is current ?
