From her medical examinations in Russia, my wife has a handwritten sheet that she says is about vaccinations. It has 2 stamps imprinted, but other than those it looks rather unofficial. I am wondering if this (with translation to English) will meet the requirements for the I-485, or if it's too risky?

After your marriage in USA send it with AOS documents.
