Hello VJ Members

I hope you all are well. I wanted to ask that my case got completed on 11th November 2015 confirmation via telephone. I asked the lady rep that when will i get the CC email officially and she said it will take seven days till get it now as of today seven days have long gone passed and I still haven't received it. Is any one here had faced similar situation and what could be the possible reason for not getting the CC email from NVC.

My second question is how long it usually takes for NVC to schedule an interview with the embassy in my case specifically for Islamabad embassy and when will NVC would sent my case to the Embassy how will i know other than calling them and waiting for hours is there any other way that I could know that

Thanks

Check out dwheels' thread and spreadsheet about case complete to interview. It'll tell you how long it takes for people at your embassy. Here's the link:

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/573690-december-2015-interviews/page-1

The interview is usually scheduled 1 to 4 weeks from your case complete, upon which you'll get an email telling you the date and what you need to bring. It seems that the time between cc and interview is about 42 to 49 days in Pakistan.

NVC usually sends your case to the embassy about two weeks before your interview. You can check where your case is on CEAC's website under "Check my visa application". If it says "in transit", it means it's been sent to the embassy.
