How many hours of sleep do you get a night?

I am a light sleeper, around 6 hours on the week and max of 8 on weekends. I get all soared if I sleep longer than 8

I consider myself lucky if I get 6 hours.... usually it's closer to 5. I wake up to exercise every day at 4am... even on weekends.

Week days and weekends are the same for me since I have no EAD and can't work, so I try to sleep 8 hours if possible, not straight, waking up a lot between.

I dont get nearly enough sleep at night. I sleep about 5 and a half hours a night. On my days off i sleep about 8 hours. I am a light sleeper too so when Gary is bringing the house down with his snoring i wake up.

I get 7-8 hours during the week, and 8-9 hours on the weekends. If I sleep for more than 10 hours I actually feel worse in the morning, and have a "too much sleep" headache.

I have one of those jobs that require me to wake up at 3 am. so my sleep isnt consistant. I may sleep 3 hours one night and 9 hours the next....

I can't sleep more than 6-7 hours no matter how tired I am.... I would be awake automatically after 6-7 hours of sleep. If I force myself to sleep more, when I get up a few hours later I'd feel sick...like I'd feel way more exhausted and lazier.

Hours of sleep depend on the stress of the day. Sometimes I wake up and work at night then go back to sleep, all in all about 7-8 a night.
