My F3 case is current in the Islamabad embassy and an interview is scheduled for my parents and younger brother. However, me and my other brothers name is not in it. My brothers IV fee was paid last year but mine was not since I was 22 then and my name did not appear to fill out DS260. On the other hand my brother did fill out all the forms and paid the fee too. My brother and I both qualify for the CSPA. Has anyone been through the same or similar situation and can help me out? Will the officer at the interview determine my eligibility and add me back in the case? Should my brother still go to the interview knowing his name is not there? Will they allow him to give the interview? How long will the process take?My case is current in the Islamabad embassy and an interview is scheduled for my parents and younger brother. I got my cspa reviewed by the Nvc. By sending them An email asking for review. Which they did and I was reinstated. You need to send and email to Nvc and ask for the review, I must say some people get review at rhe time of interview also. Can you say what was your priority date and your date of birth and date your case was approved and sent to the Nvc . You need to know this calculate you age for cspA review.

I did email NVC two to three times and they replied saying they have sent our case to the consulate. Any idea whether they will review the cspa and give decision there and then or keep my case on pending for a few months to review eligibility? my lawyer has prepared paperwork for CSPA which we will present it to the officer at the time of my parents interview.

priority date: 24th Jun 2004

approval date: 15th July 2009

Date of birth: 27th July 1992

you should go to the interview with your parent and maybe they will do the CSPA review then because from my amateur calculation your cspa age is under 21 yes you will be added then and there and interview too.
