Do I need TIN to leave Philippines?

I am working while waiting for my fiancee visa. Since its my first job and I'm filling requirements for work. My office mate said I need TIN from BIR to get out of the country, since she know I'm just working while waiting for my visa. But I went to Malaysia last year with my mom and fiance. But I was a student during that time. and TIN only given if your employed or self employed. Can you ask your Filipino wife about this? Or what documents she brought when she leave Philippines? Please

You need a TIN for Tax purposes in the Philippines because you are working. Your employer will require TIN from you. You may not stay in that company for long but TIN is required to all employee.

TIN has nothing to do with any travels.

50days from NOA1/ 64 days from receipt date.

January 30-  USCIS Ap update, Interview sched on March 3, 2017

Jan 31 - received USCIS letter/ Notice for interview 

March 3- Interview, approved on the Spot

March 8 - received GC

Dec 2018 - To file ROC

Jan 11, 2016 - Interview- APPROVED!

Jan 15 - Visa ISSUED!

Jan 21 - VISA ON HAND! (8 working days from interview)

March 21 - CFO / PDOS for K2s

June 1, 2016 - POE

July 18, 2016 - Married

I am his and he is mine from this day until the end of my days..

Office mate is wrong. A TIN was not asked for when my wife came to the states.
