You really need to seek some help for yourself.You posted that she said "we don't have to divorce, I want just live my life, smoke, drink, more tattoo so I agreed!! I am speechless that you agreed with her #######. Look she is a mess, but you need to start developing self-respect. Do not tell me that you agreed because you love her, you wanted to fix it things. because It doesn't matter how much you love her, it matters how much you love yourself in order not to accept her behavior. She doesn't love you and does not respect you either. She doesn't care about your child man..

What part of your failed marriage do you not understand? .We cannot change or control how other people act, but we can cab control how we react or don't react to other people’s actions. Life is about choices and it's time for you to make some choices man. It seems you do not even see you child, how come? Find a job, file for joint custody, be a father to your child and move on.

Probably he stayed with her until he can remove conditions. If that's the reason OP, you can file alone with divorce waiver.

We aren't together anymore, she sent her alcoholic mom give me letter to appear in court but I wasn't there. She told me it's restraining order, but me too I can make one since her mom is an alcoholic and her doing drogues, I have proofs. She is lying and accusing but without proofs, so I need lawyer. She also told me the court made decision without me, and that she changed our last name baby, it's crazy.

U are right. I really want to be a father to my child, I've tried everything but she keep saying don't approach us. She was agressive and some times I had to defend my self cuz she put me down a lot, but they are all against me, even my clothes no one let me get them, it's cold. My fault is that I told her mom to not watch the baby when she drinks and it's ended up that's it's me who hit my OWN SON that I raised for 16 months feeding him playing with him giving him baths......... We can't just accuse people. How can't I see him!! Why restraining order? We could make things amicably... Why does she want me out of the country when I have a child and I gave up everything in my country. I regret the time I was telling her to stay in my country and her dad didn't want. She is obviously brain washed. Why people are so mean? I have made mistakes and she did too. I guess divorce for them is normal since everyone in her family is divorced. I am not upset but sad......... That kid we made him together and wanted him. I lost a part of me.. Why do I have to fight to see him, why is she telling me I changed his last name to her name, why is she telling me he doesn't even know me? Isn't it horrible thing to say? I found my self alone, no job cuz I am injured in my foot, I county walk for a while and no one asked for me! Why did her mom destroyed my relationship? We treated her like princess in my country! My parents were so happy to see the kid but now they can't! He is their first grandson. I behaved bad sometimes cuz all the stress her mom put on me. I told her to stop smoking weed and wax and slow down, but nothing. We didn't have fun cuz we were saving a little but to get a condo but look now all that money is gone and she left me with nothing. I came here cuz I love her and I love my son and it's not fait the hell I am living right now, and she is wishing me the worst and telling me I hope u die. We could have dayer in good terms and try to not hold grudge but I have tried for more than a month. Nothing to do. May god help me.
