05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

you do have a right to see your kid...get to legal aide for help

trying to handle it yourself can land you in jail...stay away for

the short-term & get it right to have access to your kid long-term

in the future

Waiting to skip ROC and get 10 yr GC due to over 2 year while pending AOS
AOS APPROVED Oct. 4, 2017 * Green card in hand Oct 13, 2017 !!!!!

First K1 denied after 16 month of AP. Refiled. We are a couple since 2009. Not a sprint but a matter of endurance.

Sorry I started another topic. Ok so since I got here we were fighting a lot about the weed and she hit me several times and sometimes I can't do anything but I replied few times cuz it was really hard.. The weed wax made her head wrong. So she lied and said I hit her. But I have videos of her with a bottle of wine trying to hit me and videos of emotinal abuse I insulting my family '. Her mom is an alcoholic and did everything to make me problems and take the baby like restraining order, but I didn't get any paper. So now I need a legal aid I live in Los Angeles..

I want to save our mariage. Plus we have a son I wanted him to have his both parents with him. The problem is that it's her who is upset. I can't even get my stuff I only have one pant and one pair of shoes, I had quit life in Paris before I come here

I would like to advice please stay calm and focus on yourself. Relationship is like sand of beach more you try to hold it in your hand,it will slid and slip. People are right here, you are showing sign that you are co-dependant in relationship. Only a co-dependant person tolerate and wants to live in abusive person. She doesn't respect you or this marriage. You deserve someone with whom you have mutual understanding; arguments in relationships are natural but has some boundaries; once it cross that boundaries and become abusive;save yourself. Life is short; do not struggle to fix something which cannot be fixed. You are here, earn good money, hire a lawyer and take child custody. Good luck

And yes read about co-depandancy
