Hello I am married to an American woman who is 21 and i am having a lot if issues!! First all she does is smoking weed, she dosent even take care about our son!! I stay home and take care of him!! She wants we separate and I can't do this anymore she isn't normal and her family abused me a lot!! I have 2 years conditional green card!! What should I do and what are my rights!! Thank you!!

I have proofs of that!! She is like we don't have to divorce I just want to live my life smoke, drink, more tattoo so I agreed!! It's affects me cuz she dosent do anything she smoke work smoke work... She is messy and she dosent even spend time with the baby!! I raised him by myself!! How can I explain it to the immigration that we aren't a couple even we aren't divorced!! I can't even work cuz I am watching my son!! I have a condutianl green card!!

Gather evidence that she isn't capable of caring for your kiddo. Also gather evidence of the families abuse towards you. Evidence is always good.

I've gathered everything videos and pictures and text messages!!! Her parents are either drunk or smoke marijuana and when I tell then they don't care they are divorced so!!!! So many things so she wants to live that life and I don't!! She barely sees her baby!!

Divorce and then file I-751 waiver. File for sole custody of your child as well.

Dude look for a job & look for daycare, you will have to work to gain custody & have your own

place & money, You should go into the local legal aid for help (carry the baby) they will help you

sort things out....she must have been a weed-head B4 you took the leap, but love is blind, take

I want to!! I just don't want problems cuz her parents treat me and they are saying we will buy u ticket Back to your country and the baby is citizen!! They are saying u won't see the baby if u try to do that!! They are abusive even they show u nice face!! They are racist too as well!!

What do you want? you are getting advise, go to your legal aid, gather your docs (privately)

visit the legal aid , and don't you have any friends (not their friends), you cant keep living

like that.

1. Find a good job and a place to stay. Her sponsorship legally binds her to support you financially until you are a US citizen or have 40 quarters of work.

2. Laugh at her and her family because they cannot deport you, you already have your conditional green card and can remove conditions on your own if you divorce.

3. You can fight for custody of your child in a court of law. I am sure with all the drug abuse going on in the house you will have a good chance of winning.

OK first step is to calm down and think: what do you want? What do you want to happen?

It sounds like this is not the kind of life you want, so collect your paperwork, file for divorce, file for your waiver when it's time for your 10-year green card, and go on with your life. You can get at least partial custody of your little son. Good luck!

I tried so hard to save our couple!! You can't imagine how I suffered!! Her whole family disrespect me!! And they are telling me I am the problem!! All I do is watch and raise the kid!! My wife is horrible to me!! I have some evidences!! They are telling me go sell pretzel or lift rocks and when I say I can apply for jobs they get mad and wants me to do the hard jobs!! I hold an MBA but they don't care!! Right now I work in dirt lifting bags to put them in trash cans so I pay the room we are staying in at her moms!! She made me do that job even I have arms problems!!

I think you're missing the point of what everyone is telling you. You don't need to prove that your wife and her family are bad people and are not treating you well.

As far as immigration is concerned, it doesn't matter how they treat you. You have a green card. The only thing that you need evidence of is having entered the marriage in good faith.

You have the right to divorce your wife. You have the right to file for custody of your child. You can remove the conditions on your 2-year green card and get your 10-year green card after you divorce.

You have the right to apply for any job you choose and to work for any company which offers you employment. You need to take control of your life and stop letting these people make all of the choices for you.

They cannot take away your green card and they cannot remove their sponsorship of you, so don't believe them if they threaten that.
