Tennessee office?? All petitions are mailed to the Dallas lockbox and then forwarded to California Service Center (CSC). For processing. I believe that is the only service center at this time that is processing K1 petitions.

Please fill in your timeline. Once you complete that it will give you an estimated adjudication date at the bottom.

In the meantime you can read the guides to gain more info. http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1flow

Best of Luck!

They are being sent and processed at the CSC, and not the TSC.

Approximate processing times for CSC is about a month. TSC is more like 8 month. You/fiancee have no choice where the petition will be routed.

As of right now all petitions go to California! (No matter where you/fiancee live). Texas Service Center is backed up. That can change at any moment thou.

ALL K-1 petitions are mailed to the Texas address listed on the instructions. You do not have a choice where they send the petitions.

Phil (Lockport, near Chicago) and Alla (Lobnya, near Moscow)

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!
