Hi all VJers,

we're conducting our K1 package but I got so confused on form G-325A.

the form requires Father and Mother's name but just has 2 fields of Family name and First name to fill in. Both names of my mom and dad have more than 2 words. so How could I fill?

example:

Family name - Middle Name - First name

Nguyen - Van - Nam

so should I fill Nguyen to Family name and Nam to first name and drop Van? or can put "Nam, Van" to first name?

So confused.

Here is your example.

you can always hand write what you need.

Yes I already prefer this example but its not clear if the parents' names only contain 2 words. "Doally Jack"

any1 with longer names and get approved?

one more thing, can I eliminate the page 2, Instruction (such as example url) in K1 package? i think its not necessary.

If they have more than one first name, then you list them both as the first name. Same goes if they have more than one last name. Lots of people have more than one name as their first, middle or last. If no middle name, then leave it blank or put '----N/A----' like that with the dashes around it.

Okay, was confused about what you were asking. The G-325A does not ask for the parent's middle name, therefore you would not list one. It only asks for family(last) name and first name.

So it would be no issue if I drop parents' middle name right? Maybe they really dont care and middle name as if they care, they will put. cause both Petitioner and beneficiary have middle name field to key in.
