Hi everyone! Me and my fiancé are about to submit our i129f packet. I have read so much information and it got me info overload! ?. Mu questions are these:

1. Is it okay to submit a 200+ page i129f packet / album containing all evidences since our relationship started year 2006? We frontload the packet with evidences of our relationship. Been together for like 9 years now. The packet is too heavy and bulky containing almost 200 pages i think.

Will there be a problem submitting too many pages of the packet?

2. We are asked to mail it in this address:

US dept of Homeland security

USCIS

Vermont Service Center

Attn: I-129f

2501 South state highway 121 business suite 400 Lewisville TX 75067

I have read there are only two service centers such as texas and california, but im confused why we were asked to mail it with a "Vermont Service Center" followed by the Lewisville texas? (I just want to clarify my confusions though).

Thank you so much!!!

1. Is it okay to submit a 200+ page i129f packet / album containing all evidences since our relationship started year 2006? Not necessary, USCIS only cares about the two years prior to the submission of the I-129F petition. We frontload the packet with evidences of our relationship. No need to front load for a relatively low-fraud country as the Phil. Been together for like 9 years now. The packet is too heavy and bulky containing almost 200 pages i think.

Will there be a problem submitting too many pages of the packet? No need, prune it back. You won't get back what you send in.

2. We are asked to mail it in this address:

US dept of Homeland security

USCIS

Vermont Service Center

Attn: I-129f

2501 South state highway 121 business suite 400 Lewisville TX 75067

(I just want to clarify my confusions though). ALL I-129F petitions are sent to the Lewisville, Texas lockbox location. The only difference is if you use USPS, or courier services i.e., UPS, FedEx. See the link below for the correct mailing address.

Thank you so much!!!

A binder or photo album is not necessary. They will remove everything and discard the binder anyway. 5-10 photos together is ample. Select a few random pages of correspondence throughout the years of the relationship.

Here are the appropriate addresses for mailing depending on what service u use. USPS or fed ex.

Thanks pitaya and lionesdeon!

Another question, are we supposed to submit all evidence of communication such as viber, skype etc? Or are we safe to just select at least three conversations and call logs in the recent months of this year?

Thanks again!

Im confused about the VERMONT SERVICE CENTER and the address below as 2501 south state TX 75067 etc... We were asked to use that address in our cover letter by the person who will file it in our behalf..

Is there a vermont service center in Texas? (Dumb question i supposed! But really, is there vermont service center in texas? )

Manila is not a low-fraud embassy, but they issue K-1 visas seemingly like candy. Very little front-loading of your I-129F petition (with evidence of bona fide relationship) is needed. See "Reviews: Embassy" (link atop any VJ page) and the Philippines regional forum for a great deal of information.

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

USCIS does not need 6 years of relationship evidence, they ONLY need evidence of the two of you meeting in person within the past TWO years; K-I-S-S. Copies of recent boarding passes, copies of the passport stamps, pictures of you two together (in last two years only). Keep your album and the 190 pages of other stuff, USCIS doesn't need it or want it. The is ZERO need to front load the I-129F for the Philippines.

Copies of chat logs is useless and not needed for USCIS... they do not need relationship evidence.

Relax, you are over doing this big time.

My letter of intent with my signature is already in the US.. With the wrong address... Can we delete the wrong address with correction marker so as to maintain the authenticty of my letter of intent coz it has my signature already.

Don't worry about the wrong address on the letter, only the wording of the letter and your signature are important.

Hello,

We also provided many pages but just make sure it is very arranged. Don't miss proof of how you met and make copies of it because you will need some of it at the US Embassy Interview. If you fiance was divorced, make sure he includes the divorce decree.

here is how we did it:

proof of how we met:

Be sure to keep handy all that evidence you decide not to send now. When my husband had his K1 interview, the consulate asked him to come back with as much relationship evidence as he could gather, before he'd decide to say yes or no. My hubby turned in well over 100 pages worth and then he was approved.

Okay.

I signed the g325a and letter of intent to marry dated nov 20, 2015. My us citizen fiancé will be filing the petition on nov 30 perhaps, does the USCIS delicate in terms of the dates signed and date of filing or does it matter with them? My fiancé brought our documents last nov 20 to the US for filing.
