Yes it does. It's a good thing you already have his records. Don't volunteer anything. Just answer what is being asked. If they ask for it, then show the records. And most importantly, be honest. Good luck and God bless

Hearing that I would say aside from the "paperwork" you are good to go!! :thumbs:

Time to smile, relax and start thinking about what to pack.

I checked my status on ceac and it changed from Administrative Processing(Nov 24,30,Dec 8,9) to Ready case open and it changed to Nonimmigrant too. The case creation date and status update both December 11. Is this good or bad?

For real? Has there anyone experienced this trend on ceac and later on refused?

For REAL!! :) That is quite normal for the visa status to change at the end of the processing from immigrant to nonimmigrant, very soon 2GO will be delivering your visa. ( K-1 visa is nonimmigrant ;) )

For REAL!! :) That is quite normal for the visa status to change at the end of the processing from immigrant to nonimmigrant, very soon 2GO will be delivering your visa. ( K-1 visa is nonimmigrant ;) )

This morning i checked my visa status and it was on AP and just an hour ago it changed to Issued! Yay! Thank you so much for all the help ?

Thank you. I hope i'll get it before Christmas. But i won't be leaving till January, i just filed my resignation and i wanna spend the holidays with my family since i won't be seeing them for at least two years. Thank you so much, you help a lot of people going through this process. God bless you
